- Suburb, service type, material preferences and timeframe
- Photos, plans or drawings you upload

Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate site visits and deliver fabrication and installation services you request. Uploaded project files are used only to assess scope and prepare estimates.
How we store and share information
- Form submissions are emailed to info@metalexfab.com.au via Resend (email delivery provider).
- Uploaded files are transmitted with your submission and are not published on this website.
- We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or to service providers that help us operate the business (for example email delivery or website hosting).
Retention
We retain enquiry and quote records for as long as needed to respond, prepare estimates and manage active or prospective projects, then delete or archive them when no longer required for business or legal purposes. Uploaded drawings are accessed only by staff involved in estimating and project delivery.
Analytics
If Google Analytics is enabled, we collect aggregated usage data such as pages visited and button interactions (for example quote form submissions and phone link clicks). We do not send names, email addresses or uploaded file names to analytics services.
